Giro Pizza is a tour of Europe in stages that rewards the best Pizzaioli on predefined quality, sensory and aesthetic criteria for the pizza.

Held throughout Europe, between Paris, Milan, Madrid and Naples, the final will bring together the 10 finalists selected at each stage of the competition at the Pizza & Pasta Expo show next April 3^rd 2012.
